Retirees settle here for the easier pace and the ocean access. Working professionals appreciate the commuter rail options and the reasonable Route 3 access to Boston.

If you want to understand Marshfield, spend a Saturday morning at the Farmers Market on the town green, then drive out through Brant Rock at high tide, and finish at Rexhame Beach. That is Marshfield in a few hours.
